| Russ joined Edwards Architects, LLC in 2002 and became the principal owner in 2009. Having come from many years as a practicing construction contractor Russ brings a unique set of skills and experience to the practice. He relies heavily on his field expertise throughout the design and detailing of a project. His design philosophy leans heavily on the “form follows function” school of thought and he loves working with clients who are excited about their projects, regardless of their type or size. |

| Russ has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois, and has completed the Illinois American Institute of Architects Leadership Institute. He is a licensed Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin. In his spare time, Russ enjoys reading and watching sports, especially his two sons’ youth teams. |
